HCL Infosystems today announced its partnership with Philips to provide contact centre service support for its consumer lifestyle products. HCL Care, HCL Infosystem’s support and service division has been appointed to provide the contact centre support services.
The Contact Centre is established at Noida for providing pan India service support. The partnership also marks HCL’s foray into after sales services in consumer lifestyle product space.
HCL Care will also handle the distribution and sales service of spares of Philips consumer lifestyle products in India. The service personnel will be jointly trained and developed by HCL Care and Philips.
HCL Care is a fast growing vertical of HCL Infosystems and is the support and service division of the company. HCL Care has one of the largest and most extensive service networks across the country and provides end to end support services for various IT, Telecom and Consumer Electronics products.
