Dell Announces Exciting Offers On Its Inspiron Range Of Laptops For College Students

Dell, the renowned IT Company today kicked off of its ‘Back to College’ season for 2015 with exciting offers for its college going audience. Under this scheme, the students buying a Dell Inspiron laptop can avail offers worth Rs.11,298/- (by paying just Rs.1699 for shipping and handling). The offer includes gift vouchers from Levis or Jabong, powerful, bass-driven sound with Sennheiser earphones, 1 year additional warranty and Dell’s pioneering Secure Laptop Pack consisting of a 1 year license for MacAfee antivirus software and Absolute Lojack (the only solution available in India that can help consumers locate, lock, delete and recover their device).

The Back to College offer is valid on Inspiron notebook purchases (Core i3, i5, i7) made on or between 29th May 2015 and 30th June 2015 across the country from authorized Dell outlets or dell.co.in

Dell has also started the “Learn It Share It Make It Happen” campaign on social media platforms like Twitter & Facebook.to encourage college students to explore their creative side and identify their fortes through the use of personal technology. Dell will also  conduct several online activities and contests like, #CarryYourColour Picture Contest encouraging students to upload pictures with their favorite colours on Dell social media properties, and #PackedwithPotential contest to drive user generated content highlighting how colours are an extension of one’s personality. With #LearnitShareit campaign, Dell will showcase through videos how technology plays a vital role in achieving more. The engagement will inspire the student crowd to practically apply and share knowledge gained from their daily classes, taking their education beyond the realm of classroom teaching.

Dell also announced the launch of its new Instagram account recently to increase its social connect and engagement with a new age audience inspired by hashtags. As part of the offline activation, Dell will be reaching out to college students across India through the Dell Campassador engagement program under which Dell has appointed student Campassadors in over 50 colleges across 9 cities, who specialise in engineering, management, science and humanities. These Campassadors will be representing Dell in their college campuses, exhibiting dynamic use of personal technology and creating content for the contests and activities conducted under the Back to College campaign.
