At global event in London, Honor, sub-brand of Huawei, has launched Honor 7X smartphone which is successor of its highly successful Honor 6X. Honor 7X will be available in two variants of 32GB which is priced Rs. 12,999 and 64GB variant which has a price tag of Rs. 15,999. In India, this phone will go on sale exclusively on Amazon.in starting December 7 at 12 noon. Registration for this phone is open on Amazon with chances to win prices. It will be available in three colour variants – Blue, Black and Gold. This phone has a unibody metal design and looks quite attractive.
The Honor 7X flaunts a 5.93-inch (2160 x 1080 pixels) Full HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio display and 2.5D curved glass. This phone has thin bezels on top and bottom, and is almost bezel-less on the sides.
Besides bezel-less display, this phone is powered by Huawei’s own Kirin 659 octa-core processor (4 xA53 at 2.36GHz + 4 x A53 at 1.7GHz) with MaliT830-MP2 GPU and mated with 4GB RAM. It comes with internal storage variants of 32GB / 64GB which can be further extended up to 256GB with microSD card. This phone gets life from 3340mAh battery.
On the photography front, this phone is mounted with two rear cameras – 16MP primary camera and secondary 2MP camera with features of PDAF, LED Flash, HDR and capability of 1080p video recording @30fps. This is Hybrid Dual SIM phone and runs Android 7.0 Nougat with EMUI 5.1 on top. It also incorporates fingerprint sensor on the back. This phone offers connectivity options of 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 LE, GPS / GLONASS.
You may recall that Honor 6X was also launched at same price of Rs. 12,999 in the month of January this year.
