Intex Technologies has launched the most affordable smartphone – Aqua G2. The cheapest smartphone is designed for the first time users and is priced Rs. 1990. The Intex Aqua G2 is available in Grey and Champagne color variants.
The 2G-enabled Aqua G2 comes with a 2.8-inch TFT display and is powered by a 256MB RAM and single-core processor. It runs on Android Jellybean 4.4.2. The dual-SIM smart phone has a 1100mAh battery, providing a talk-time of over 5 hours along with a standby time of 5-6 days as claimed by the company.
The Aqua G2 comes with an in-built 512 MB ROM and an expandable memory of up to 16GB. Additionally, Aqua G2 comes with a couple of pre-loaded Apps such as Opera Mini.
Aqua G2 has a VGA rear camera with Single LED Flash. The device comes with with gesture controls, gravity sensor and emergency rescue.
