Micromax Canvas 1 with Android 7.0, 4G VoLTE Launched at Rs. 6999

Micromax has launched today another budget smartphone, Canvas 1, which comes with 4G VoLTE support. You may recall that few months back the company had launched Canvas 2 (2017) which they claim to have achieved unprecedented success.

The Convas 1 features a 5 inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD in-cell IPS display. It is powered by
1.3GHz Quad-core MediaTek MT6737 64-bit Processor combined with 2GB LPDDR3 RAM and 16GB of internal memory which can be extended upto 64GB with microSD card. This is packed with 2500mAh battery.

This phone is equipped with 8MP rear camera with Dual-tone LED Flash, f/2.2 aperture, 80 degree wide-angle lens and comes with beauty mode, time lapse, watermark and HDR mode. It also houses 5MP front camera with LED flash and 85-degree wide-angle lens.

This is Dual SIM phone and runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat) OS. It offers connectivity options of 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS.

This phone has Dual speakers box which is powered by smart audio PA that is claimed to improves playback quality while protecting speakers from damage at high volume levels. This phone has new App Freezer feature which disables memory-intensive apps and restricts background processes, save memory resources and when you unfreeze, the apps are back.

The Canvas 1 comes in Matte Black and Chrome Black colors and is priced Rs. 6,999. It comes with 100 day replacement promise (as part of 1 year warranty) on any hardware issues.
