Moto X Will Be Available On Flipkart On 19th March At Rs. 23,999

Finally, the mystery of arrival of Moto X in India is over. As speculated earlier, Moto X will be available on flipkart from tomorow at the starting price of Rs. 23,999. Flipkart has tweeted thrice today:

“We will be selling 5 colour variants priced at Rs. 23,999. The wood back version will be priced at Rs. 25,999.”

“The Moto X will have a daytime launch, tomorrow. Will NOT be a midnight launch.”

“The black & white versions of the Moto X will be in stock tomorrow. The rest of the variants will be on pre-order.”

unnamedThe Moto X has 4.7-inch screen that sports a 720p AMOLED Display.The Moto X is powered by a custom Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor that has two Krait 300 cores clocked at 1.7GHz and a quad-core Adreno 320 GPU. This smrtphone has 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The Moto X is equipped with the 10 megapixel rear camera with a unique “Quick Capture” camera functionality, which allows users to open the camera app with a three flicks of the wrist. When  the camera app opens, users can take a picture by touching anywhere on the screen. This phone is packed with the 2,200mAh battery, which the company claim give up to 24 hours of battery life. It runs on Android Jelly Bean version 4.2.2 OS.

The Moto X is responsive to voice commands, which means users can speak an instruction and it will carry out the action without the user having to use hands.Most smartphones offer voice control, but it’s usually activated by pressing a button. According to Motorola, Moto X has a special chip devoted to listening, which means it will not drain the battery by keeping the main processor running all the time. It should be able to pick up the owner’s voice even in the noise of a car.

The Moto G smartphone introduced by Motorola in India through flipkart is still selling like hot cakes in India because of its very attractive price range. The Moto X is flagship device of Motorola and is selling successfully all over the world. Since India is very price conscious market, it will face tough challenge from Samsung, LG, Sony, Gionee and Lenovo, who have also got good smartphones in this price range.
