Samsung today unveiled the new version 3.5 of ChatON, the global mobile and cross platform instant messenger service, which is available across Android, iOS, Windows and Blackberry platforms. Currently, ChatON has 200 million subscribers globally.
The Version 3.5 of ChatOn comes with many cool and innovative features.ChatON becomes India’s first messaging application, which will have English-to-Hindi and Hindi-to-English instant translation feature. It also introduces a local language translation feature for incoming messages, which supports 14 Indian languages.
With the new version, you can send large files up to 1GB to your contacts and which means a full movie can be transferred via new ChatOn messenger. ChatON also overcomes limitations of group sizes and allows up to 1,001 persons in a group, which means that users can now have more friends and contacts in a single group and communicate with them seamlessly.The message integration feature allows users to manage their ChatON and SMS/MMS messages from the same sender in one chat room.
Besides this, with the improved version, you can also use Indianized Anicons and share your location with friends. The other very useful feature is the sent message recall, which is not found on the other messenger apps. This feature enable you to delete messages in personal Chat Window incase you have hit the send button by mistake.
Samsung has tied-up with reputed brands like CriqHQ, Ebay, Mint, Aajtak, Think Digit, to deliver contents of vast variety such as News, Sports, Food, Education, Astrology and Entertainment, and also to provide exclusive deals and discounts to Indian subscribers of ChatON.
