TECNO Mobile has launched today CAMON 15 and CAMON 15Pro smartphones in India. TECNO CAMON 15 Pro is the first phone in the sub-15K segment to offer 48MP quad-camera set-up, 32MP pop-up selfie & 6GB+128GB storage while CAMON 15 becomes the first in under-10K segment to offer 48MP Quad rear camera, 16MP dot-in selfie camera, 5000mAh battery and a big 6.55” dot-in display. Both the smartphones are claimed to be capable of clicking pictures in low light conditions with its Super Night Lens powered by DSP AI chip.
Both the phones announced today are armed with 48MP AI Quad-cam setup (48MP+2MP+5MP+QVGA). The 48MP is primary lens for capturing detail and taking clearer pictures. The 5MP camera has 115° ultra-wide-angle lens. The camera setup has feature of super night shot and auto scene detection besides others. For selfies, CAMON 15 Pro features a 32 MP AI Pop-Up Selfie camera making the screen compeletely bezel-less. The camera on the CAMON 15 Pro pops out from the top edge with beautiful sound and light effect every time you wanted to take a selfie or start a video call. CAMON 15 comes with 16MP Dot-in Selfie camera. Both the selfie cameras come with AI Beauty 3.0 and Body Shaping features.
The CAMON 1 Pro features 6.53 inch FHD+ Full View display with 2340 x 1080 resolution, 91.2% screen body ratio. CAMON 15Pro is powered by 2.35 GHz Octa-Core P35 Processor and is packed with 4000 mAh battery. It comes with 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage. The CAMON 15 sports a 6.55” dot-in display and comes with 5000mAh battery. It has 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage.
Both the devices comes with Fingerprint sensor, Face unlock & 3-in-1 multi card slot. Both the phones run on HiOS v6.0.1 based on Android 10.
The CAMON 15 is priced Rs. 9,999 and comes in Shoal Gold, Fascinating Purple, Dark Jade colors. The CAMON 15Pro is priced Rs. 14,999 and comes in Ice Jadeite & Opal white colors. These phones will go on sale on February 25 and will be available across 35,000+ offline retail stores. With the CAMON 15PRO, free wireless speakers worth INR 3499 has been bundled.
