The Times Of India is India’s most read English newspaper. In an effort to serve their newspaper electronically to readers on smart-phone and to attract mobile generation, the Times Group has launched a dedicated mobile news application for Symbian users.
The TOI news app is similar to the one released by Cnn Ibn news channel few weeks back. TOI is a widget based app which requires Internet connectivity to show latest news from all around India and in Sports, Movies, Entertainment, etc.
