Timex which is 160 years old watch manufacturers and based in US, has launched today in India TIMEX IQ+ Move analogue smartwatch and activity tracker. Priced at Rs. 9,995 this watch is available across all TIMEX World Stores.
The IQ+ Move is the second generation of the Timex Connected Collection, the first being the Timex Metropolitan+ which was launched in fall 2015. The IQ+ Move is the first of several connected products from Timex that will be launching throughout 2017, which will feature enhanced analog functionality as stated by the company during the launch event.
The IQ+ Move is beautifully designed rounded watch which comes with a traditional watch battery and no charging is required. It is an activity tracker also with a traditional watch face. It can be connected with your phone via Bluetoth to track all day activity – steps, distance, calories and sleep. The USP of the watch is the ability to view stats on the watch dial. This watch also incorporate Sleep Metrics which measure periods of deep and light sleep, as well as time awake, sleep efficiency percentage and average length of sleep
TIMEX IQ+ Move comes in two styles – one variant has a Silver Tone Case, White Dial with Gold Tone Accents and Brown Leather Strap while the other comes with a Gray Silicone Strap and a Gray Finish Case, Black Dial with Blue Accents. You can swap the strap via a quick-release system if you want a rubberized one to take into water or when out for a run. The watches are water resistant to 50-metres. Both watches also feature TIMEX’s signature INDIGLO night-light, and the phone app of Timex is compatible with both iOS and Android devices. The phone app stores all your data, so you can access and analyze it at any time.
This is like an ordinary watch. I don’t like to use it in my daily activities. Hope timex will move to next level. This is my saying.
