Indian handsets maker Spice Retail Limited, has unveiled the new Stellar Glide Mi – 438, which is 3G enabled smartphone. This smartphone has MRP of Rs. 5,199, and will be available across India through all major retail stores and saholic.com. Spice claims that the Stellar Glide Mi – 438 is tested and approved by Google Labs, and comes with a ‘Google Mobile Services (GMS) certification.
The Stellar Glide Mi – 438 featurs a 10.16 cm(4 inches) OGS screen and is packed with 1.3 GHz Dual Core processor. The new smartphone is equipped with a 2 mega-pixel rear camera with LED flash and a front-facing 1.3 MP camera. It also has a 4GB ROM and 512 MB RAM which is expandable upto 32 GB through a micro SD card. This smartphone is packd with a 1350 MAh battery, which is claimed to give a talk-time of more than 4.5 hours and up to 170 hours standby time. This smrtphone runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS and supports Dual Sim – 3G + 3G.
The Stellar Glide also has features like FM Radio, Wi-Fi Tethering, G-sensor and HSPA support among others. Spice Cloud provides Spice consumers with Cloud Backup of 2GB free Data storage and users can access them all using the web interface at www.spicecloud.in.
Moreover, the company is providng a free flip cover worth Rs. 500 and a screen guard for the Stellar Glide smartphone.
