It appears that Good Days Have come for new smartphones and the popular e-commerce site flipkart.com. Alcatel One Touch IdolX+ smartphone, which was launched last week in India with an exclusive partnership with the one of the biggest online retail store Flipkart.com, was made available to the customers on 3rd June 2014. Priced at Rs.16,999/- bundled with a Boomband and JBL headphones, the phone stock sold out on Flipkart on day 1 itself approximately 5000 units. According to Alcatel, the new stock will soon be made available to Flipkart as the demand from the customers is quite high.This shows the huge response Alcatel IdolX+ has received so far.
Alcatel One Touch Idol X+ sports a 5-inch ful HD display with a resolution of 1080×1920 pixels, and 441 pixels per inch. It comes with a Corning Gorilla Glass 2 screen. The OneTouch Idol X+ is the first smartphone to be powered by a 2GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6592 chipset with ARM Mali450 GPU, coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory. The One Touch Idol X+ is equipped with a 13.1-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash, and also has a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. This smartphone supports Dual-SIM(Micro-SIM) and runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean out-of-the-box. This smartphone is fuelled by a 2500mAh battery.
The OneTouch Idol X+ is bundled with Boomband and JBL headphones which come alongwith the smartphone price of Rs. 16,999.
