Announcing the Bravia line-up of Android LED TV, Sony India has also unveiled top of the range Bravia 4K LED TV – X9000C Series – also running on Android Lollipop 5.0. These TVs will be available in screen sizes of 55 and 65 inches. Besides its impeccable picture quality, colors and sound, the USP of this series of TVs is that their thickness is just 4.9mm which can be compared with the slimmest smartphone.
Sony’s Bravia 4K LED TVs incorpoates new 4K Processor X1 which ensures advanced clarity, color accuracy and contrast. According to Sony, 4K Processor X1 diversifies the range of content, including current-generation HD and 4K broadcast content which is distributed in a number of video compression formats. This technology also boasts of new spec “HEVC” and “VP9” which can receive 4K distribution services and YouTube in 4K.

The Bravia 4K LED TVs also boast of ClearAudio+ feature, which fine-tunes TV sound for an immersive and enriching surround-sound experience. This feature enables customers to experience music, dialogue and surround effects with greater clarity and separation.
Sony has not revealed the price of this series of TVs, which will be available in India in August/September. The prices will be announced close on the heels of their availability.
