Lenovo has launched today Vibe K5 smartphone in India, which was unveiled in MWC in February. The Vibe K5 is trimmed down version of Vibe K5 Plus and is targetted for budget customers. The K5 will be available in Gold, Silver and Grey color options.
The Vibe K5 will go on registrations on 13th June starting 1PM exclusively at Amazon.in and the first flash sale will take place on 22nd June at 2PM.
The Vibe K5 has metal body and comes with 5-inch HD display having a resolution of 720×1280 pixels. This phone is driven by 1.2GHz, 64-BIT, octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 415 processor paired with 2GB RAM and an Adreno 405 GPU. It has an internal storage of 16GB which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card.
It is equipped with a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and also houses a 5MP front facing camera.
This smartphone supports 4G LTE and also offers other connectivity options of 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS etc. It gets its juice from 2750mAh battery.
This is Dual SIM device and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system. For enhanced audio exprience, this phone also comes with twin stereo speakers powered by Dolby audio. The Vibe K5 also supports Lenovo’s TheaterMax technology for turning all your existing media and games into an immersive large screen experience when seen with the AntVR headset, which is an optional accessory.
