South Korean giant LG giant which had unveiled three powerful mid-range smartphones, LG Q6+, Q6 and Q6a ON 11th July, has announced today that LG Q6 would be available in Korea this week followed by other markets in Asia, Europe, Middle East and US in the weeks to come.
The USP of LG Q6 is its 5.5-inch 18:9 FHD+ FullVision Display (2160 x 1080 / 442ppi) which was used in LG’s recent flagship phone, G6. This display not only offers maximum space, it also allows for easy multitasking as the screen can be divided into two perfectly square windows, viewable either vertically or horizontally. Moreover, Square Camera Mode enables the merging of two images into one and the creation of square grid collages popular with social media fans.
This phone has full metal body which is constructed of 7000 series aluminum, a strong alloy commonly used in the aerospace and marine industries with rounded corners to dissipate impact energy when dropped.
This phone runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat and comes with 4GB RAM, 64GB ROM and is packed with 3000mAh battery.
LG has not disclosed the price of this phone which will be announced at the time of availability in respective markets.
