Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning, the manufacturer of Hitachi range of ACs, has unveiled its latest innovation: Hexa Sensor Technology. Hexa Sensor Technology revolutionizes how air conditioners respond to changes in temperature and environmental conditions.
Hexa Sensor Technology is equipped with six smart sensors, which are strategically placed in both the indoor and outdoor units of the latest Hitachi ACs series. These sensors continuously monitor temperature variations and the functioning of critical components, providing real-time feedback to the microcontroller. This advanced system ensures that Hitachi ACs are always prepared to deliver optimal cooling performance, even in extreme summer conditions.
The six sensors integrated into Hexa Sensor Technology are:
1. Room Temperature Sensor: This sensor continuously measures the room temperature and relays the data to the microcontroller, enabling precise cooling adjustments to maintain optimum comfort levels.
2. Defrost Sensor: Designed to prevent failures caused by abnormal conditions, the defrost sensor monitors the refrigerant temperature in the indoor unit, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
3. Ambient Temperature Sensor: By adjusting the cooling effect based on outdoor ambient temperature and load variations, the ambient sensor enhances energy efficiency and comfort.
4. Compressor Protection Sensor: Constantly measuring the compressor head temperature, the compressor protection sensor ensures the proper functioning of the compressor and helps prevent potential failures.
5. HEX Pressure Sensor: Responsible for maintaining optimum performance and ensuring product safety, the HEX pressure sensor measures refrigerant temperature and communicates with the microcontroller to make necessary adjustments.
6. Indoor Humidity Sensor: Essential for the ice Clean operation, this sensor measures the indoor humidity rate, contributing to a fresher and more comfortable indoor environment.
