Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 With 4 Inch Display Launched At Rs. 10,999

To expand its portfolio of budget smartphones, Samsung has silently announced its new smartphone – Galaxy S Duos 2, which is available on its e-store for Rs. 10,999 and at snapdeal e-commerce portal for Rs. 10,890. According to snapdeal, this smartphone will be shipped in five business days from the date of receipt of order and Samsung e-store also mentions that the product is in stock, and hence can be shipped immediately.

The GALAXY S DUOS 2 is targetted for the Indian market and comes with regional language support which enables consumers to access apps from the Samsung Application Store in Hindi, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Assamese, Marathi and Gujarati. Customers can experience popular apps such as ChatOn, Facebook, Gmail and Newshunt in their own language.

The Galaxy Duos 2’s unique ‘Dual SIM Always on’ feature  allows users to receive calls on one SIM number while taking a call from the other, ensuring that one can manage both personal and work commitments without ever missing a call. Users also have the flexibility of selecting different billing plans for either SIM, switching between them at their convenience, further maximizing the benefit of having 2 SIM cards available at the same time.

This is another attempt by Samsung to give the prospective customers lot of alternatives to select  from its large portfolio of Galaxy smartphones, which match with their requirements and pocket. If a customer has to spend Rs. 10K on the Android smartphone, his or her first choice would be Samsung, keeping in view of its brand equity and good after sales support.
