Quick heads up to all the Google Chrome fanboys. Google has launched Chrome for Android. The good news is that you can finally bypass all those bookmark sync apps for chrome and get the REAL Chrome experience including book mark sync, viewing open tabs (on your pc) and not to forget the simplistic but beautiful chrome web browser for your android phone.
The bad part, however, is that Google has, for some reason, deemed fit to release Chrome for Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) only which essentially means that until your Android gets Ice Cream Sandwich love from your operator, you’ll only be able to see Chrome work in youtube video;)
However, for those lucky souls, you are using Android 4.0, this is surely one app you ought to install and use! Oh, and do watch the introductory video made by the big daddy itself, it looks so simple yet to so informative. Typical Google!
Worth Mentioning Features:
- Accelerated page loading, scrolling, and zooming.
- Omnibox.
- Ability to open unlimited tabs in an easy-to-view stack.
- Send pages from desktop Chrome to your smartphone or tablet with one click and read them on the go, even if you’re offline.
- Browse privately in Incognito mode
