It appears Indian handsets makers are getting aggressive by launching one smartphone after another. After Karbonn, S Mobility and Micromax, it is now turn of iBall to enhance its portfolio of Andi series of smartphones.
iBall has announced the launch of yet another Android smartphone in the country today. This smartphone is named Andi 5c and features 5″ inch IPS display and runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. iBall is the third budget smartphone manufacturer that has launched a device with display of around 5″ inches, other devices in this segment are from S Mobility and Micromax.
This smartphone also sports 5 MP camera with LED flash, front camera, 1 GHz processor and 2300 mAh battery. The Andi 5c also boasts of dual-SIM connectivity and supports video calling over 3G network.
Andi 5c is the first smartphone running on Android 4.0 ICS OS from the company’s stable, which currently sells Andi series of smartphones and Slide series of tablets in the country. The company also launched Andi 3e and 4d smartphones in the month of June this year.
This smartphone’s maximum retail price is Rs. 15,999 and the best buy price is Rs. 12,999.
