To expand its portfolio of S-series smartphones, Chinese handsets major Lenovo has launched today its mid-range smartphone dubbed as Lenovo S660. This smartphone comes with a scratch resistant, brushed metal exterior, and is bundled with a unique & innovative snap-stand bumper case that doubles up as a desktop stand. The Lenovo S660 is priced at INR 13,999(MRP), and is available across India from today.
The S660 features a 4.7 inch IPS display with resolution of 960×540 pixels, and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor (Arm A7) and Mali 400 GPU. This smartphone is equipped with 1 GB of RAM, and 8GB of internal storage, which can be expanded upto 32GB via microSd card. The S660 runs on Android Jelly Bean 4.2 and is loaded with Lenovo’s proprietary DOit Apps (SHAREit, SYNCit and SECUREit).
The Lenovo S660 has Dual 3G SIM capability, which will enable users to use 3G data on either of the SIMs. This device has been provided with an 8MP auto-focus rear camera with capability of capturing up to 99 shots in burst mode, and 0.3 MP fixed focus front camera. THe S660 is packed with a powerful 3000mAh, which is claimed to provide upto 10 hours of talktime on 3G networks. For connectivity, it supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0. This smartphone measures 137 x 68.8 x 9.95mm, and weighs 151 gms.
