vivo India today announced the launch of its entry-level smartphone, vivo T5e. This phone features a 6.74-inch)\ HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the UNISOC T7225 octa-core processor and comes with up to 8GB Extended RAM (4GB + 4GB) and 64GB internal storage. This phone is packed with 5500mAh battery with 15W Fast Charging and also supports reverse charging.
For imaging, this phone comes with 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera and boasts of AI-powered features such as Cutout, which allows users to effortlessly extract subjects and replace backgrounds, while the built-in ‘vivo Documents’ feature enhances scanned files for clearer, more readable results. This phone runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
The vivo T5e comes with IP64-rated dust and splash resistance along with Military-Grade Durability. It also supports Wet-Hand Touch and Greasy-Hand Touch1, allowing smooth interactions even with light water or oil residue on the display. It has a composite back cover, refined matte frame design, and comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It comes in two colors of Shadow Grey and Aero Blue.
The vivo T5e is available in the 4GB+64GB variant at INR 13,999 on flipkart and in retail stores.
