Vivo has launched today V23 series in India comprising of Vivo V23 and V23 Pro. These phones have unique color changing back panel and packed with 50MP Eye AF Dual Selfie camera. The color changing Fluorite AG glass changes color when exposed to sunlight and other sources of artificial UV rays.
Vivo V23 and V23 Pro will be available in two colors of Sunshine Gold and Stardust Black. V23 Pro is priced at INR 38,990 (8GB+128GB), INR 43,990 (12GB+256GB) and V23 is priced at INR 29,990 (8GB+128GB), INR 34,990 (12GB+256GB). V23 Pro will be available for sale starting January 13, 2022 and V23 starting January 19,2022 on retail partners, Flipkart and vivo India E-store.
The Vivo V23 sports a 6.44 inch FHD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) AMOLED display with HDR10+ support and 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC paired with 8GB LPDDR4x RAM with 128GB storage or 12GB LPDDR4x RAM with 256GB storage. This phone is packed with 4200mAh battery with 44W fast charging. For imaging, this phone is equipped with 64MP main rear camera sensor with f/1.89 aperture, 8MP wide-angle camera and 2MP macro camera. For selfies, it has dual camera set-up consisting of 50MP autofocus front camera with f/2.0 aperture and 8MP 105° ultra-wide camera with dual-tone spotlight flash.
On the other hand, Vivo V23 Pro sports a 6.56 inch FHD+ (1,080×2,376 pixels) AMOLED display. It gets its strength from MediaTek Dimensity 1200 SoC paired with 8GB LPDDR4x RAM with 128GB storage or 12GB LPDDR4x RAM with 256GB storage. This phone comes with 4300mAh battery with 44W fast charging. For optics, this phone is armed with 108MP rear camera with f/1.88 aperture, 8MP ultra-wide camera and 2MP macro camera. For selfies, it is loaded with 50MP autofocus front camera with f/2.0 aperture + 8MP 105° ultra-wide camera with dual-tone spotlight flash.
Both the phones run on Android 12 with Funtouch OS 12 on top and also incorporate in-display fingerprint sensor. Both the phones offer connectivity options of GPS/GLONASS, USB Type-C, 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5Ghz) and Bluetooth 5.2.
