Brand Nothing has announced that they will be launching their second phone – Nothing Phone (2) on 11th July, 2023 at an event in London. The launch event will be streamed live on nothing.tech at 08:30 pm IST.
As far as we know, Nothing Phone 2 will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 processor and will be packed with a 4700mAh battery. The specifications of Charger have not been revealed or speculated yet. We speculate that Nothing Phone 2 will be armed with same camera system which was given on Nothing Phone 1 with some tweaks. And that was 50MP wide and 50MP ultrawide on the rear and a 16MP shooter on the front for selfies. The new phone is rumored to boast a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. It will be shipped with Android 13 OS out of the box and will get three years of Android OS upgrades and four years of security patches.
This phone is expected to be priced around INR 40000 and will compete with OnePlus 11R and Google Pixel 7a. This phone will be sold exclusively by Flipkart.
The Phone (2) will be manufactured in India for Indian consumers and will be one of the most sustainable smartphones in the market. It will boast an SGS- certified carbon footprint of 53.45kg, which is 8.6% lower than its predecessor.
