All those who have been using facebook through their mobile phone must have observed a notice on top of the facebook login page saying “Free Access By Airtel Live Till 31st August, 2010”.
Recently, Airtel tied up with Facebook, the social networking giant, to offer free access to facebook to the massive Airtel user base in India for a period of 2 months (From 01 July, 2010 to 31st August, 2010). This offer, as is free, with no hidden charges. All you need to do is activate Airtel Live on your mobile and access m.facebook.com through Airtel Live. You WILL NOT be charged to use m.facebook.com (Not sure about the full version or touch version of the site) for a period of 2 months (as mentioned above). In case you are a new user, you need to send a sms “FACEBOOK” (In capital letters and without quotes) to 54321 to take advantage of this special, limited time offer. The Facebook’s mobile site will be initially available in English and Hindi, whilst 5 more languages i.e Punjabi, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam will be available from July 15 (Globally as well).

I have a airtel mobile connection recently a amount of Rs150 appx. was
deducted from my a/c when i was using the site m.facebook.com via gprs even
though it is free till 31st august. when i contacted customer care he told me that the amt. has been deducted for downloding songs via airtel live.
I am sure i did not vistit any external site other than facebook .please tell
what should i do to get the refund? help.
