In this age of touch screen usage, there are still lot of consumers who still prefers to operate their smartphone with keyboard and BlackBerry Q10 would be ideal companion of such people. Moreovre, no body can challenge the sturdiness of hardware of BlackBerry. The chasis of BlackBerry is made of forged stainless steel and its back cover is made of glass-weave material, which is stronger than plastic and  which can bend but will not break. Another unique quality of back cover is that all the covers do not have same appearance and there is marginal difference in each back cover.

BlackBerry Q10 features a 3.1-inch super AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 720 x 720 pixels., and comes with a physical QWERTY keyboard, which has been one of the key features of BlackBerry devices since the company started offering smartphones. The device is powered by a 1.5GHz Cortex-A9 dual-core processor.

BlackBerry Q10 is equipped with 8 megapixel rear camera and a 2 megapixel front camera. It supports 1080p HD video recording. This phone comes with an internal storage of 16GB. Its memory can be expanded upto 32GB. The phone has 2GB RAM.Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 4G and NFC. BlackBerry Q10 is packed with  2GB of RAM, and a 2100mAh battery.

BlackBerry Q10 is the second smartphone to run on the new BlackBerry 10 OS after flagship BlackBerry Z10, which was launched in India few weeks ago at a price of Rs. 43,400. There is not  much difference in specs of Z10 and Q10. The major difference between the two is that the Z10 is touch screen device whereas the Q10 comes with a physical keyboard, which is also is its key feature.

In our opinion, BlackBerry Q10 is priced high and the moot question is whether the customers desirous of using physical keyboard would prefer to spend so much money to possess this smartphone. In less price, one can buy flagship Android and WIndows 8 smartphones. The position will be clear in the coming weeks how the consumers give response to this device at its current price.
