The exact specifications with a little bit variations will be known by tonight. The moot question is can LG G3 pose serious challenge to the recently launched Samsung Galaxy S5, HTC one M8 and Sony Xperia Z2. There is no doubt that the G3 has slight edge as far as its hardware features are concerned. But the lot more depends upon its price structure. For instance in India, the price of HTC One M8 and Xperia Z2 is in the range of Rs. 47,000 and interestingly the Galaxy S5 is readily available for Rs. 39,000 despite the fact that its official price is Rs. 51,500. In such a scenario, LG will have to articulate its price for highly price conscious market of India where Samsung commands 38% market share. It will be interesting to see how the LG G3 is priced in India when it debuts in India.
