There have been several rumors about the specs, appearance and possible release date of Samsung Galaxy S III. However, majority of them were baseless and speculations based on what Galaxy S II was lacking (Argh. I hate to get in terms with this).
But this latest image release, duly brought up in lime light by SamMobile, does look genuine. As per the sources, it is an image leaked (I wonder how) from Weber Shandwick, a company which handles PR of Samsung and for the same reason a more reliable information.
