To address the issues of charging your smartphone quite frequently, Chinese handsets stalwart, Gionee has launched today Marathon M3 in India with a powerful 5000 mAh battery. Gionee claims that Marathon M3 will provide 32.46 hours (on 3G) and 51 hours (on 2G) of talk time and 32.8 days of standby time.
Besides powerful battery feature, the Marathon M3 comes in with an OTG Reverse Charge to help you attend calls even if the battery of some other phone is running low and OTG Data Transfer where you can plug in the files and view directly on your phone while you are on the go. This phone also incorporates ‘Hotknot’ feature, which allows two phones to exchange photos and videos in an instant as long as the two screens are put together.
The Marathon M3 sports a 5 inch HD Display, and is driven by a Quad core 1.3GHz CPU, paired with 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM, which can be extended upto 128GB via microSD card. It is equipped with an 8MP rear camera and 2MP front camera. This is a Dual-SIM smartphone and runs on Android KitKat 4.4 OS.
