Gionee, one of the leading Chinese smratphone brand has inaugurated its first Premium Exclusive service center in Jaipur. The center will offer end to end comprehensive customer service, a premium experience and ambience, product experience zones, regular service camps, varied range of accessories and brand resonance. Gionee currently has 460 exclusive service centers across India, which will go upto 650 by end of 2017 as stated by the company in its press statement.
The First Premium Exclusive service center was inaugurated today by ace TV and film personality, Anita Hassanandani along with Deepika Singh, Director-Communications and Hardeep Singh Johar, Regional Director – Gionee India.
Gionee has been growing exponentially in Rajasthan since 2013, and achieved 12% market share in the last Quarter of 2016. This success adds to the recently achieved customer base of 1.25 crore for the brand in India as claimed by the company.
Speaking at the inauguration, Hardeep Singh Johar, Regional Director, Gionee India, says, “The intent behind opening our first Premium exclusive center is to establish a service center where technicians ensure instantaneous service to customers across devices from just one touch point. We want to bring the waiting period during after sales support down from days to a few minutes. Jaipur has been very responsive to Gionee as a brand and our offerings, and we are obliged to dedicate the launch of a premium exclusive store to the city of Jaipur and its citizens”.
In Rajasthan, Gionee has 74 exclusive service centers where periodic free service camps are held. All the new devices at Gionee come with a pre-installed G-care app so that the consumers can track service details from anywhere if his/her handset is submitted in service centers.
