Gionee has launched today S6 Pro smartpone with high-end features. Gionee has also entered the Virtual Reality space with its VR headset. The S6 pro comes pre-loaded with Gionee VR app to give next level of VR viewing experience. Gionee S6 Pro comes in Gold and Rose Gold and is priced Rs. 23,999 INR. The VR headset will be available for Rs. 2,499 and both the devices will be available in India from 1st October 2016 across retail stores.
The S6 Pro has a metallic uni-body and a 3D camberline back which provides the perfect elegant look and a better palm feeling. The S6 Pro features a 5.5 inch FHD display with 1920×1080 resolution. This phone is powered by 64-bit Octa core, MediaTek P10 processor clocked at 1.8GHz. This phone is packed with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage which can be expanded upto 128GB with microSD card. It is packed with 3130 mAh battery.
On the imaging front, this phone is equipped with a 13MP SONY IMX258 sensor on the back with F2.0 large aperture & 5P lens for better image quality in low light condition. The front camera has 8MP senor with F/2.2 large aperture. The camera comes with various features like Video Editor with themed and professional edits, Video beautification, Time lapse etc.
The S6 Pro supports both 4G and VoLTE and comes with fingerprint scanner on the front in home button. It runs on Android Marshmallow 6.0 with Amigo 3.2 on the top.
