HTC One A9 smartphone, which was unveiled in India on 25th November without price details, has got the price tag of Rs. 29,990. It will go on sale in India from 15th December exclusviely on Snapdeal.com and its app.
The registration for this phone will open exclusively on Snapdeal website and app from December 9 till December 14, 2015, and the actual sale will begin from 15h December onwards. Just to remind our readeres, HTC One A9 is the first non-Nexus smartphone which runs on Google’s latest Android Marshmallow 6.0 OS. This phone incorporates a multi-directional fingerprint scanner.
The HTC One A9 features a 5 inch full HD AMOLED screen with 1080p resolution with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection. It is the first smartphone to run on the Snapdragon 617 proccessor with 64-bit architecture with 4 cores at 1.5GHz and another four cores ticking at 1.2GHz
with Adreno 405 GPU. This phone has RAM of 3GB with internal storage of 32GB. The internal storage can be extended upto 2TB via micoSD card.
This phone is equipped with 13MP rear sensor with sapphire cover lens, optical image stabilization and 1080p video recording. It also houses a 4MP UltraPixel sensor in the front with F/2.0 aperture, which is capable of clicking selfies in any lighting condition and can capture 300% more light than conventional smartphone cameras, as claimed by the company.
HTC One A9 is packed with a 2,150 mAh battery with Quick Charge 2.0 support (Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 support will be available in the coming months).
This phone has connectivity options of 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi: 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (2.4 & 5 GHz), 3.5 mm stereo audio jack and micro-USB 2.0 (5-pin) port.
The HTC One A9 is light device having weight of just 143grams and it has dimensions of 145.75 x 70.8. x 7.26 mm.
