U.S-based InFocus has launched yet another smartphone for the Indian market at very attractive price-point. This time it is InFocus M680, which is 4G enabled and sports a premium all-metal body, which has become hallmark of InFocus smartphones. The M680 will be available at Rs. 10,999 in Silver and Gold colors exclusively on Snapdeal.com. Registration for this phone starts today and it will go on sale from 21st December.
The InFocus M680 has slim body of 7.2 mm and it has weight of 158 gms. This phone is easy to carry as it has light weight. The linear contours on the sides dazzle with the diamond-cutting edges, which makes it look more beautiful as claimed by the company.
From the hardware viewpoint, the InFocus M680 comes with 5.5 inch Full HD display with pixel density of 401 PPI. It is powered by 64 bit 1.5 GHz Octa-Core processor ( MTK MT6753 chipset) combined with 2GB DDR3 RAM and 16 GB internal memory (expandable upto 64 GB via microSD card). This phone runs on Android Lollipop 5.1 OS and the company promises to update it to Android Marshmallow without giving specific time-frame.
The USP of InFocus M680 is its powerful combination of 13+13 camera in the front and rear. The 13 MP front camera on M680 is equipped for the best self-portraits in any lighting condition. It comes with Samsung 3L2 image sensor and autofocus for crisp and high definition selfie shots with natural color tone. Both front and rear camera comes with F2.2 aperture for improved clarity in low light photography. The 13 MP rear camera comes with Samsung 3M2 image sensor and LED Flash for capturing every detail in every shot. These cameras have Full HD video recording capability.
The InFocus M680 supports 4G TDD-LTE & FDD-LTE. It comes with Dual Nano Hybrid SIM slots ( you can insert either a microSD card or a second Nano SIM in Slot 2). It is packed with 2600 mAh battery. This phone also incorporates AL/Proximity sensor, G-sensor and E-compass.
