Intex Technologies, which is claimed to have a market share of 11% in India, has launched today Cloud Swift smartphone at Rs. 8,888. This is the first smartphone in sub-10K segment which comes with 3GB RAM. This is 4G enabled device and will be sold exclusively by Snapdeal. The registration for this smartphone begins today and it will go on sale from 20th October in two colors – Champagne and Grey. This phone supports 21 regional languages including Hindi and is ideally suitable for those who are not comfortable with English language.
The Cloud Swift features a 5-inch HD IPS display wih Dragontrail glass protection. It is powered by 1.3GHz Quad-Core processsor- Mediatek (MT6735A) chipset combined with 3GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded upto 128GB via microSD card.
This phone runs on Android OS Lollipop 5.1 and gets its juice from 2500mAh Li-Poly battery that is claimed to give talk time of up to 7-8 hours along with a standby time of 400-500 hours.
The Cloud Swift is equipped with an 8MP rear camera with LED Flash and also houses a 5MP front camera to click beautiful selfies with various modes even in low light.
The camera of this phone comes with innovative features like the PIP Mode, which helps the user simultaneously use both front and rear cameras. Other features include Victory Gesture, flash, live photo mode, motion track mode, slow motion video, face detection, face beauty, voice and smile capture, Panorama, multi-angle view, anti-shake camera (rear camera feature).
The Cloud Swift also incorporate feature such as Smart Wake for accessing camera, music, files or any other feature without unlocking the phone by drawing C,M & W on the screen. With its HotKnot feature, one can share photos, movies, videos et al by simply taking Cloud Swift screen closer to the screen of the other mobile for sharing. It also has Air Shuffle feature which allows users to operate the phone with simple hand gestures without touching the screen.
This phone comes with pre-loaded apps such as Chaatz, Gaana, Hotstar, Skype, Follo, OneDrive, Newshunt, Clean Master, InMobi Services, OLX, Opera Mini.
