Lava International has launched today its first 4G enabled tablet – IvoryS 4G. Priced at Rs. 8,799, the tablet will be available across all multi-retail outlets.
The IvoryS 4G features a 7-inch HD display with resolution of 1280×800 pixels, and runs on Android Lollipop 5.1 OS. It is powered by Cortex A53 Quad Core 1 GHz processor paired with 1 GB DDR3 RAM and 16 GB ROM expandable up to 32 GB. It is packed with 3000 mAh battery.
This tablet supports three different 4G bands (FDD Band 3, FDD Band 5 & TDD Band 40). Additionally, the 3G services on IvoryS 4G is also better than standard 3G with the inclusion of WCDMA 900 band, as claimed by the company. The device also supports GSM 900, 1800 MHz, HSPA and offers the much required dual SIM (4G+3G/2G) connectivity.
The IvoryS 4G is equipped with 5.0 MP rear camera with auto-focus supported with a flash along with 3.2 MP front camera. Additionally, the device features full HD (1080p) video playback and recording.
The IvoryS 4G comes with a one year manufacturer warranty for the tablet and 6 months warranty for in the box accessories which include battery, data cable, charger and an USB Cable.
