Lava International has added another smartphone with massive battery to its portfolio with the launch of Iris Fuel 20. Lava had earlier taken the market by storm with its Iris Fuel 60 and Iris Fuel 50 at slightly higher price points with huge battery back-ups.
Lava Iris Fuel 20 comes with a mammoth 4400mAh battery that is claimed to provide 42 hours 2G talk time, 13 hours video playback and 35 hours music playback time. This is also claimed to be the 2nd biggest smartphone battery available in the country today.
Lava Iris Fuel 20 features a 5 inch display with FWVGA 854X480 resolution, and runs on the 4.4 KitKat Android OS. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz Dual Core processor paired with 512 MB of RAM, and inbuilt 4 GB internal storage that can be expanded up to 32 GB.
On the camera front, the smartphone is equipped with 5MP rear camera with LED flash, 4x digital zoom and high quality Omni Vision sensor. It also includes a VGA front-facing camera supporting video calling. Lava Iris Fuel 20 also supports HD Video Playback with 720 pixels.
On the connectivity front it supports 2G connectivity, micro USB v2.0, Bluetooth V4.0 and Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n).
The smartphone comes with a free flip cover. The Iris Fuel 20 will be available in white and Metallic Grey colors in retail outlets across India and leading e-commerce portals at Rs. 5,399/ from next week.
