LeEco of China has forayed into smart TVs in India and launched today three TVs in India – Super3 X55, Super3 X65 and Super3 Max65 that supports 3D display. One of the USP of these TVs is that they have 4K panel of 3840 x 2160 pixels resolution whereas the Super3 Max has 4K 3D panel.
On the pricing front, LeEco has kept prices very low compared to established brands. The Super3 X55 (55 inch) will be available for Rs 59,790, Super3 X65 (65 inch) is priced at Rs 99,790 and Super3 Max65 (65 inch) will come at a price of Rs 149,790. All these TVs come with 2 years of LeEco content membership worth Rs 9,800. Super TVs will be available through LeMall and Flipkart via Pre-sales on 10th to 12th August. Those buying via HDFC bank card stand to get Rs5000 cash back. EMI options are also available.
From the design perspective, all the three TVs have a strong all-metal body which gives elegance and sophistication and will grace the ambience of the place where it is placed. They are not ordinary looking TVs but look quite impressive. These TVs come with free of cost Yoga Stand which is curvaceous stand and contrasts well with the straight-line design of the TV set. It allows the TV to be placed both firmly and beautifully.
All the Super TVs are powered by 1.7GHz Mstar 6A928 quad-core 32-bit Cortex-A17 CPU with Mali-T760 MP4 GPU. The Super3 X55 has 2GB of RAM and 8GB of storage whereas the other two TVs come with 3GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. The users will also get cloud storage space of 5TB with strict privacy protection.
These TVs come with Super Remote Control 3.0 with four-direction navigation buttons to access different applications and functions. It can also be used as an air mouse or gamepad to control multiple devices connected to the SuperTV.
These TVs come pre-loaded with LeEco’s content-viewing apps such as Levidi, LIVE, LeView along with other tailor-made apps like Panosearch. According to LeEco, the users can enjoy more than 2,000 films from Hollywood and Bollywood, 100 satellite TV channels, 3.5 million songs (coming soon by software upgrade), and more than 50 live concerts which will increase in due course of time.
These three TVs come with Dolby Audio and DTS which will give you cinema-like audio experience. These two TVs provide 20W (10W x 2) Sound Output whereas the Super3 Max65 comes with 2.1 channel 40W (10W x 2+20Wx 1 Woofer) Stereo Sound.
These TVs run EUI 5.5 TV based on Android 5.0 Lollipop which offers Android app support.
These TVs are future ready and come with multi-purpose ports that are compatible with extensive external multimedia devices. All the TVs have high-speed USB 3.0 port which is 10 times faster than USB 2.0, ensuring fast copying of videos and quick display of pictures.
All the Super TVs carry 2 years product warranty and 4 years warranty on the panels, while the industry standard for panel warranty is just1-2 years.
