Lenovo has launched today two power-packed devices, Lenovo A5000 & P70. The biggest USP of these two smartphones is that they are fuelled by a massive 4000mAh battery with the Quick Charge feature, which allows it to get fully charged in 3 hours while a 15-minute charge offers up to 4 hours of talk time.
Lenovo A5000 smartphone is an addition to widely acclaimed ‘A’ series of smartphones of Lenovo. The A5000 features a 5 inch HD IPS display???? with 1280×720 resolution and 300ppi. The A5000 runs on MediaTek MT6582 1.3GHz Quad Core processor paired with 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal stoarge with the expansion capability of 32GB via microSD card. This device runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS.
The 4000mAh battery of A5000 is claimed to offer up to 35 hours of talk time on 2G, 17 hours of talk time on 3G and 35 days of active standby. This device supports Dual SIM and is easy to carry as it has a thickness of 9.98 mm and weighs 160 grams.
The A5000 is equipped with a 2MP font camera and 8 MP rear camera with auto-focus and LED flash. This phone is priced Rs. 9,999 and is available in deep black and white colour variants.
On the other hand, the P70 also sports a 5 inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 1280×720 pixels. It is powered by a 1.7GHz octa-core MediaTek (MT6752) processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and Mali T760-MP2 GPU. It comes with 16GB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable via microSD card up to 32GB. It sports a 13-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel fixed-focus front-facing camera.
It measures 142×71.8×8.9mm and weighs 149 grams. The Lenovo P70 packs an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, magnetometer, and proximity sensor. It supports Dual micro SIM. This smartphone is 4G LTE compliant and will support Indian 4G networks.
The 4000mAh battery of P70 is rated to deliver upto 46 hours and 18 hours of talk time on 2G and 3G respectively, and standby time of 34, 29 and 30.5 days on 2G, 3G and 4G networks, respectively.
The P70 is priced at Rs. 15,999 and is available in deep blue color variant.
