Lenovo K5 Note With 5.5 Inch Display, Metal Body, Launched Starting At Rs. 11,999

Lenovo has launched today one more phone in its highly successsful K series known as K5 Note. Lenovo K5 Note comes in two variants of 3GB RAM, 32GB of internal memory at Rs. 11,999 and 4GB variant with 32GB storage at Rs. 14,499. Both the phones will go on open sale exclsuively on Flipkart from 3rd August. This phone is available in three colors – platinum silver, champagne gold and graphite gray.

Lenovo K5 Note is improved version of K4 Note and comes in full metal body. On the hardware front, the K5 Note sports a 5.5 inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) IPS display, which was also avaialble on K4 Note. The K5 Note is driven by a 64-bit octa-core, 1.8GHz, MediaTek Helio P10 processor( (MT6755) paired with 3GB/4GB RAM and Mali-T860 GPU. It comes with 32GB of internal storage which can be extended upto 128GB via microSD card.

This phone is equipped with 13MP auto-focus rear camera with f/2.2 aperture, PDAF, dual-tone LED flash. It also houses an 8MP front camera with wide angle. This phone gets its juice from large 3500mAh battery. This phone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with very light tweaks to provide closer to stock Android experience.

For connectivity, the K5 Note supports 4G LTE (all Indian bands), Wi-Fi, GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB etc. This phone comes with accelerometer, proximity, ambient light sensors and digital compass.

Like K4 Note, the K5 Note also incorporates fingerprint sensor on the back which recognises the registered finger in just 0.3 seconds. Besides unlocking the phone, you can also click selfies with fingerprint sensor. This phone is also equipped with Dolby Atmos powered speakers.

Like K4 Note, the K5 Note also comes with TheaterMax technology with an immersive large screen experience on smartphones powered by Lenovo Virtual Reality (VR) technology. For enjoying virtual reality experrience the customers will have to buy ANTVR headset,TheaterMax controller for media control. For gaming enthusiasts, Lenovo has tied-up with Amkette to provide Evo Pad 2 as a precision controller for TheaterMax gaming.

During the launch offers, the company is bundling TheaterMax controller + ANTVR headset at Rs. 999; Amkette Evo Gamepad Pro 2 + ANTVR headset for Rs. 1999. To make the offer sweeter, Flipkart is also offering 25% off on purchase over Rs. 1399 on Myntra.

The K5 Note also incorporates Secure Zone feature that provides total privacy of your personal information and prevents unwanted access to your personal data. Infact, this feature gives you the facility of two phones in one device and install 2 apps like Whatsapp in one device.
