LG G4 Metallic Variant Available In India At Rs. 40,000

LG has announced today that the metallic variant of its flagship smartphone G4 that was successfully launched earlier this year, is now available in India at Rs. 40,000. The metallic variant comes in two colors – Titanium Black & Gold. LG had launched G4 in the month of June in the leather back and ceramic white variants.

The new variant of G4 has fine hammer-crafted metal body, which gives it smart and chic look that complements its Slim Arc design. The LG G4 has USP of its high-powered front and rear cameras and world’s first Quantum display.

The LG G4 has received rave reviews from technology experts especially for its camera and display. The LG G4 is equipped with 16MP rear camera, which is capable of capturing images even under low-light. The camera module features a wide F1.8 aperture lens that allows 80 percent more light to reach the sensor. This camera incorporates Color Spectrum Sensor (CSS), which has beefn used for the first time in a smartphone. The CSS technology create images that are as close to what one would see with the naked eye.

For selfie crazy people, this phone has 8MP front-facing camera for sharp, detailed portraits and group shots. The front camera also has very interesting Gesture Interval Shot feature and by your gestures, you can take four shots in different poses at the rate of one shot in one second. Moreover, with this feature, you can trigger the shutter by opening and closing your hand twice in front of the camera.

The LG G4 is the first smartphone to feature LG Display’s new 5.5-inch IPS Quantum Display (2560 x 1440, 538ppi), which is claimed to offer 20 percent greater color reproduction, 25 percent improvement in brightness and 50 percent greater contrast.
