LG has today announced launch of its new gaming monitor under its UltraGear series – 27GN950. This 27 inch gaming monitor boasts of 144hz refresh rate, Nano IPS 1ms (GtG) response time, UHD 4K resolution, G-Sync compatibility and VESA Display HDR600 technology.
This monitor incorporates VESA Display Stream Compression (DSC) Technology, supports 4K hi-resolution and HDR as well has the capacity to cover 10bit color by a single DisplayPort connection, providing an enhanced viewing experience by reducing visual loss. The UltraGear’s new Nano IPS technology supports express high-fidelity color for reproducing vivid scenes, while VESA Display HDR600 on the large UHD 4K screen, provides stunning visual immersion with sharp details and true and dynamic high-contrast HDR as stated by LG.
This gaming monitor has 27 inch screen size and 16:9 screen ratio (3840×2160) and with LG’s UltraGear 4K Nano IPS Display. it provides realistic, true color, enhanced contrast, clarity and detail. The 144Hz ultra-fast refresh rate combined with a 1ms response rate offers incredible speed with fluid 4k display and a smoother, clearer action while reducing blur and ghosting as further claimed by LG.
Further, with NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatibility and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, gamers can experience seamless movement and flawless display in hi-resolution and fast-paced games as it reduces screen tearing and stutter for a smoother and faster gaming experience.
The newly launched monitor also comes with a 4-Side Virtually Borderless Display and V-Wing shaped adjustable stand with a flexible ergonomic stylish design that easily adapts with the environment and gaming style. Further, the RGB Sphere Lighting 2.0 with a sound and video sync mode draws the gamer deeper into the game by lighting up according to the dynamic sounds and visuals in the game, providing a truly immersive experience for the gamer.
This monitor also comes with Dynamic Action Sync, which reduces input lag, a Black Stabilizer to improve clarity in darker areas, and a crosshair that is said to elevate aiming in the game.
