The launch of company owned and company operated service centres are claimed to be an industry first and is open to customers from January 2015. The 15 Exclusive Smartcare Centers will be launched in New Delhi, Pune, Ahmedabad, Raipur, Nagpur, Jaipur, Chennai, Hyderabad, Vijaywada, Bangalore, Indore, Nagpur, Kolkata, Guwahati, Bhubaneshwar and Mumbai.
The Smartcare Centre in New Delhi will be 156 sq ft in area and located in 12/16, 2nd Floor, Metro Mall, Aaray Samaj Road, Karol Bagh.
The Smartcare centers will address the concern of all after-sales service among smartphone users. Unlike regular service centers which are focused on volume of repairs and revenues, the Smartcare centers will have the best of trained engineers, staff and would also have a world class ambience. The engagement with the customers would be at differential levels since they would now be dealing directly with the company, as stated by the company in its press statement.
Post the launch of 15 exclusive service centers, Maxx aims to own and operate 100+ exclusive service centers during the course of the year.
