After introducing Moto M in China last month, Lenovo has launched today Moto M in India at an event in Mumbai. The is the first all-metal Moto smartphone from the house of Motorola and is avaialble in two variants – 3GB RAM + 32GB of internal storage which is priced Rs. 15,999 and 4GB RAM + 64GB of internal storage which has price tag of Rs. 17,99. This will be availble exclusively on Flipkart starting 14th Dec, 11:59pm in Gold color.
Besides its all-metal body, the Moto M comes with powerful features. It sports 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD Super AMOLED display with a pixel density of 401ppi. It is powered by 64-Bit, 2.2 GHz Octa-core MediaTek Helio P15 processor with Mali T860MP2 GPU. It comes with 3GB/4GB of RAM and 32GB/64 of inbuilt storage, which can be extended upto 128GB via microSD card. This phone is packed with 3050mAh battery with Turbo charging.
On the camera front, this phone is mounted with 16MP rear camera with Dual-tone LED flash, PDAF (Phase Detection Auto Focus) and f/2.0 aperture. It also houses an 8MP front- facing camera with 85-degree wide-angle lens.
This is a Dual-SIM phone and comes with hybrid dual SIM slot (nano + nano/microSD). This phone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It also incorporates fingerprint scanner on the back. This phone has water-repellent nano-coating which protects it against spills and splashes, both inside and out. This is the first Moto phone to feature Dolby Atmos support.
For connectivity, this phone offers options of 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, USB Type C, 3.5mm and Bluetooth v4.1. This phone has dimensions of 151.35×75.35×7.85mm and its weight is 165g.
