HTC Desire 626 Dual Sim LTE Launched At Rs. 14,990

HTC has announced the launch of its new HTC Desire 626 Dual SIM LTE smartphone with 4G LTE connectivity. HTC has added 4G feature to this phone, which was launched initially as Desire 626G+ Dual SIM at Rs. 16,900 in the month of April, 2015 in India. Besides 4G LTE feature, RAM and internal storage capacity has also been enhanced in the new version. Rest of the featurs of new iteration are same.

The HTC Desire 626 Dual SIM LTE comes in Blue Lagoon and White Birch colours. It will be available with major retailers for INR 14,990/- from coming week onwards.


As far as hardware features of HTC Desire 626 Dual Sim LTE are concerned, it features a  5-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) display and is driven by a 1.7GHz octa-core processor (MediaTek MT6752 chipset) coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which is expandable to 32GB via microSD card. The earlier version of this phone had 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal storage.

This smartphone is equipped with a 13MP autofocus rear camera with BSI sensor, f/2.2 aperture and LED flash. It also houses a 5-mgepixel front-facing camera having the same sensor and f/2.8 aperture. It also supports Full HD (1080 p) video recording for both the rear and front cameras.

The Desire 626G  Dual Sim LTE runs on Android OS ( the company has not specified the Android version, but it will most probably be Lollipop) with HTC Sense UI on top. It also features HTC’s quite popular HTC BlinkFeed.

The Desire 626G Dual SIM LTE supports 4G, 3G and 2G connectivity,Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, and GPS. The Desire 626G Dual SIM LTE is sleek smartphone and weighs just 135 grams. It is packed with a 2000mAh battery and also supports Dual NanoSIM .
