HMD Global has announced the launch of Nokia 2.3 in India. This is the first smartphone to come with a replacement guaranteei for a 1-year period when bought on or before 31st March 2020.
The Nokia 2.3 comes with 6.2 inch HD+ display with resolution of 1520×720 pixels having 19:9 aspect ratio and selfie-notch. This phone is powered by MediaTek Helio A22 quad-core processor combined with 2GB RAM, 32GB ROM which can be extended upto 400GB via microSD card. This phone is packed with 4000mAh battery.
For imaging, this phone is equipped with 13MP rear camera with F/2.2 aperture, 2MP camera for depth sensing with LED flash. The rear cameras have features of capturing portraits with a variety of exclusive bokeh – or blurred background effects such as Classic, Butterfly, Heart or Star-shaped styles. It also comes with Recommended Shot helping you choose the best picture. The camera also boasts of advanced image fusion and exposure stacking (taking numerous photos in various lighting settings and blending them together). For selfie, this phone has 5MP front camera with f/2.4 aperture.
Other features of this phone are dedicaled Google Assistan button, biometric face-unlock and Android 10 ready. This phone does not have fingerprint sensor. It runs on Android 9 Pie. For connectivity, it offes options of 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5, GPS/AGPS+GLONASS and FM Radio.
This phone comes in Cyan Green, Sand and Charcoal, and will be available starting 27th December on Nokia.com/phones and across leading retail outlets and partners like Croma, Reliance, Sangeetha, Poorvika, Big C and MyG at retail price of INR 8,199 for the 2GB/32GB variant.
Nokia is also giving fffers worth Rs. 7,200 on purchase of this phone. Jio subscribers purchasing Nokia 2.3 will get benefits worth Rs. 7,200 on Rs. 249 and Rs. 349 plans which include Rs. 2,200 cash-back from Jio, Rs. 3,000 vouchers from Cleartrip and a discount of Rs. 2,000 on Zoomcar. This offer is applicable for new as well as existing Jio subscribers.
