Brand Nothing today announced that the upcoming Phone (2a) Plus will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7350 Pro 5G processor, making it the world’s first smartphone to have this chipset. This chipset has been designed to make the Phone (2a) Plus device a gamer’s dream. Nothing Phone (2a) Plus is also equipped with an ARM Mali-G610 MC4 GPU clocking at 1.3 GHz, delivering a gaming performance that is 30% faster than its predecessor. This means smoother and more responsive gameplay.

The MediaTek Dimensity 7350 Pro 5G processor elevates the user experience with 12 GB of RAM and the option for an additional 8 GB through RAM Booster technology. In terms of camera capabilities, the Dimensity 7350 Pro supports 4K video recording across both front and rear cameras, along with HDR images and HDR10+ playback, allowing users to capture high-quality images and videos. Connectivity is also enhanced, with Dual 5G, Bluetooth 5.3, and Wi-Fi 6 support providing superior speed, reliability, and efficiency.

The everyday experience of using the Phone (2a) Plus is seamless, thanks to its custom chipset, which integrates optimal hardware and software. Compared to the base variant, the MediaTek Dimensity 7350 Pro 5G Processor, gives up to 10% improved power efficiency.

Nothing recently announced that the Phone (2a) Plus will launch on July 31, 2024, and the online event will be streamed at nothing.tech.
