Consumer tech brand, Nothing, the fastest-growing smartphone brand in India with  567% growth in H1 2024, has emerged as a frontrunner in user satisfaction, according to the latest findings from 91Mobiles’ Great Indian Smartphone Survey 2024. 

With over 8,000 participants surveyed, Nothing has been recognized as a top choice among consumers for its software experience, exceptional phone speed, and camera quality. 

Key Highlights from the Survey:

  • Overall User Satisfaction: Nothing users led the pack in overall satisfaction, with 66.7% expressing contentment with their devices, highlighting the brand’s commitment to delivering high-quality smartphones. (source)
  • Software Experience: Nothing OS ranked number one, with 80% of users reporting an enjoyable software experience, well above competitors like Apple and OnePlus. (source)
  • Increased Ownership Share: Nothing’s ownership share grew from 1.9% to 2.1% year-over-year, indicating a steady rise in brand popularity. (source & source)
  • Exceptional Phone Speed: Nothing ranked second for user satisfaction with the phone speed with 71.7% of Nothing users reported complete satisfaction with their phone’s speed, showcasing the effective optimization of Nothing OS. (source)
  • Camera Performance: Nothing ranked second for rear camera satisfaction with 66.7% of users praising the quality, surpassing industry giants like Apple, Vivo, and Samsung. The brand also garnered third place for front camera satisfaction with 49.5 percent. (source)
