OnePlus today launched the mid-range OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G in India. This phone is powered by the Snapdragon 695 5G Mobile Platform with speeds up to 2.2 GHz. The chipset is manufactured using a 6 nm fabrication process and is supported by a Qualcomm Adreno 619 GPU. The Nord CE 2 Lite supports the HyperBoost Gaming Engine which powers features like General Performance Adapter (GPA) Frame Stabilizer that work to deliver a more stable and responsive gaming experience. Accompanying the chipset is up to 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128 GB of storage. This phone is packed with 5,000 mAh battery with 33W SUPERVOOC fast charging that can refill the battery from 1-50% in just 30 minutes.
The Nord CE 2 Lite features a 6.59 inch FHD+ display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and LCD technology. The Nord CE 2 Lite’s display uses an AI dynamic refresh rate management system that adjusts its refresh rate depending on the type of content being consumed to improve power consumption further.
For imaging, the Nord CE 2 Lite has a triple camera system on its rear headlined by a 64MP rear camera with f/1.79 aperture, 2MP depth and 2MP macro camera. The camera has feature of Nightscape, which works with the device’s 64 MP main camera to capture up to eight shots at varying exposures in an instant and intelligently weaves them together to produce clearer and brighter photos as claimed by the brand. This phone has 16 MP front camera with electronic image stabilization (EIS). With Dual-View Video, the Nord CE 2 Lite allows you to record with both its front and rear cameras at the same time.
The Nord CE 2 Lite comes pre-installed with OxygenOS 12.1 based on Android 12. The Nord CE 2 Lite will receive two Android version updates and three years of Android security patches. It comes with In-display fingerprint sensor and offers connectivity options of USB Type-C, 5G SA/NSA (5 bands), Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.2 and GPS/GLONASS.
The Nord CE 2 Lite comes in two fingerprint and smudge-resistant colorways – Blue Tide and Black Dusk. Blue Tide offers a rolling gradient of blue and yellow while Black Dusk has a dark and stormy matte black finish.
The OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite will go on sale on April 30th at OnePlus.in, OnePlus Store App, Amazon.in, OnePlus Experience stores and other offline partner stores.
