OnePlus has launched today OnePlus TV 50 U1S, 55 U1S and 65 U1S in three screen sizes of 50, 55 and 65 inch respectively.
The OnePlus TV U1S has 4K UHD display along with an enhanced 93% DCI-P3 Wide Color Gamut. The OnePlus TV U1S also comes with a Delta E<2 rating and 10-bit color depth that deliver superior color reproduction. It offers HDR10, HLG, as well as HDR10+ certifications for a top-quality viewing experience.
The users can access their choice of content through hands-free voice control using the Speak Now feature on the OnePlus TV U1S. Users will not have to rely on a traditional remote, as the new voice control feature seamlessly integrates with Google Assistant.
This TV can be easily connected with OnePlus wearables such as the OnePlus Watch, OnePlus Buds and OnePlus Buds Z. Some of the functions of the seamless connectivity with the OnePlus Watch include the ability to turn the TV on and off, scroll through content, control the TV volume and other TV settings. The new Smart Sleep Control feature will turn the TV off automatically when the OnePlus Watch detects that the user has fallen asleep for over half an hour.
With OnePlus Connect app (2.0 version), the users can use their smartphone as a remote for a seamless smart TV experience. The Smart Volume Control feature can automatically reduce the volume of the smart TV during incoming calls and return to the previous volume after the call ends. The TypeSync feature transforms the smartphone into a smart remote by letting users type or speak directly into their phone to control the smart TV without using the traditional remote. It also includes the Trackpad Control feature to track and scroll through the TV content using the smartphone directly.
It is also equipped with features that allow users to manage Kids Mode remotely, set a timer to automatically turn the TV off, view User Metrics to monitor screen time, use One Click Cleanup to stop running apps in the background, and transfer videos and files from smartphone to TV without the need for a third-party app.
The Multicast feature allows users to cast up to two smartphone device screens on the OnePlus TV U1S to make way for a multiplayer gaming session or an important meeting that requires multiple screen references. The OnePlus TV U1S is also compatible with Chromecast, Miracast as well as DLNA.
OnePlus TV U1S runs on Android TV 10 platform with OxygenPlay, allowing users to easily access a plethora of content. The newly introduced Sports Zone and Live News Zone further curate relevant sports or news content on a single platform under OxygenPlay. It also has added features such as the Data Saver Plus to control and manage data usage, Kids Mode to manage what content children can view, Gaming Mode to enjoy gaming at a latency less than 15ms and Shared Album to share photo content through the TV.
The OnePlus TV 65 U1S is equipped with a four-unit speaker system offering 30W output. The OnePlus TV 50 U1S and OnePlus TV 55 U1S come equipped with a two-unit speaker, providing 30W output. Co-tuned with Dynaudio, the premium Danish loudspeaker maker, the OnePlus TV U1S delivers a theater-like sound experience with a balanced sound profile and an expansive sound field as claimed by OnePlus.
This TV series has premium bezel-less design and provides a screen-to-body ratio of more than 95%. Housing a massive 4K panel up to 65”, the new OnePlus TVs are sleek yet sturdy.
OnePlus TV 50 U1S, 55 U1S and 65 U1S are priced at INR 39,999, INR 47,999 and INR 62,999 respectively. The OnePlus TV U1S will be available on open sale starting tomorrow, 11 June 2021 at 12 PM on Amazon.in, OnePlus.in, Flipkart.com, as well as partner retail stores.
