Oppo has taken wraps off of its next series of smartphone, Oppo F5 at an event in Phillipines. This is the first smartphone from the stable of Oppo to have minimum bezels on all the four sides of display to provide more real estate for enjoying multi media and watching your clicked images and selfies on bigger display.
On the specifications front, Oppo F5 flaunts a 6 inch FHD+ display with resolution of 2160 × 1080 pixels with 18:9 aspect ratio and 2.5D curved glass with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. This phone gets its strength from 2.5Ghz 64-bit MediaTek Helio P23 octa-core chipset with Mali-G71 GPU. It comes in two variants of 4GB RAM with 32GB storage and 6GB RAM with 64GB of internal storage. Both the internal storage are extendable to 256GB with microSD card. This phone runs on Android 7.1 Nougat with layer of Color OS 3.2. This phone is packed with 3,200 mAh non-removable battery with fast charger.
Oppo is known for powerful cameras on their smartphones and this phone too has impresssive cameras on the front and back. For selfies, it is mounted with 20MP front-facing camera which has f/2.0 aperture, 1/2.8 inch sensor, screen flash with feature of bokeh effect. Oppo F5 is the first smartphone which has an industry first Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology for capturing perfect selfies.
