Chinese brand Oppo better known for selfie-centric smartphones which have got very good acceptance in the Indian market, is all set to take quantum leap and is coming out with the next generation F5 smartphone. Oppo F5 will be launched in India at an event in Mumbai on 2nd November.
According to Oppo, the F5 is the first smartphone which will come equipped with an industry first Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology for capturing perfect selfies. Integrated into front camera, AI Beauty technology uses intelligence from a massive global photo database, to beautify a selfie shot. More details will be known on the day of launch. Besides this, the F5 is the first smartphone from the stable of Oppo to have bezel-less FHD+ display for an immersive experience. The company has not disclosed yet the size and resolution of the display and this feature will also be known on 2nd November. Oppo has also announced that the F5 will have an updated operating system to ensure a smoother experience than previous models.
You may recall that Oppo has tasted huge success with its selfie-focussed smartphones such as F1 and F3 series. The Oppo F5 is speculated to be equipped with Dual Selfie cameras and very powerful rear camera also. It is also rumored to be packed with massive 4000mAh battery and will be powered by Snapdragon 660 processsor mated with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM. As per our speculation this will be priced in the range of Rs. 25k to 30K.
